It’s a mixed experience: territory + meetings + optional home visits. There’s no obligation to buy.

Can I join without viewing any properties?

Of course. We customize the tour exclusively based on experiences and places.

What happens if I fall in love with a house?

We’ll put you in touch with the real estate agency handling the sale for all the formal steps.

How much time is dedicated to the visits?

In the 3-day option, 1–2 half days; in the 5-day option, 2–3 half days — all flexible.

Do you handle permits and paperwork for renovations?

We work with licensed local professionals; Tyche Home coordinates and oversees everything.

I don’t know the area: how do I choose the right town?

During the tour, we’ll provide comparative guidance (services, accessibility, community, costs).

And what if I don’t find the right house right away?

We’ll monitor new opportunities for you and invite you back for a targeted mini-tour.
